For Cash on Delivery (‘COD’) orders, we’ll charge a nominal delivery fee of INR 50. In case you wish to opt for an express delivery option, we’ll charge a fee of INR 100.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE:

Returns and Exchange are done free of cost for the issues relating to wrong size (size other than that ordered), delivery of wrong products (incomplete sets or incorrect style) or issue in quality of product (delivery of damaged/defective product) received by the customer. 

We do not offer any return or exchange. Customers are directed to read the size chart carefully prior to placing the order.

Return and Exchange Window:

•In case of issues relating to size(size other than that ordered)or delivery of wrong product(incomplete set or incorrect style):Within 7 days after the date of delivery.

•In case of issues relating to quality of product (delivery of damaged/defective product):Within 48 hours of delivery days.We will not be able to help you if this timeline is exceeded.

The customer can choose either of the below listed options in case of any scenario mentioned above:

•Get a replacement of the same product (subject to availability) or select a different product of same price from our collection;•Get a refund (via store credit) by returning the product

• Refunds are not available for size-change requests done purely out of “preference” or “change of mind.”•Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or returned without the original tags or packaging will not qualify for exchange or refund.• Misprints and colourdifferences from website images are not considered damaged products.
